Swaddles can be used with the lounger if your newborn is properly swaddled, on their back, in the center of the lounger. If your newborn shows signs of discomfort or makes any attempt to roll, remove the swaddle from your newborn. Ensure that the swaddle is appropriate to the overall temperature of the room.

As soon as your newborn falls asleep, immediately remove your newborn from the lounger and place them on a firm, flat surface that complies with mandatory sleep standards, such as a bassinet or crib. The newborn lounger nest is not a sleep product.
