How do I cancel my order?Updated a year ago
If your order was placed after 2PM PST and within the last 2 hours, you will have the option to cancel your order within your confirmation email. Shortly after your order has been cancelled, you will receive order cancellation and refund confirmation emails.
If your order was placed before 2PM PST or it's been over 3 hours since your order was placed, please reach out using our contact form or email us at [email protected]. Please let us know your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note:
If a shipping label has already been created and/or your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. In this event, please follow the process of returning an order.
