What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated a year ago
In the event that your package gets lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us; let us know your order number, any relevant details and circumstances of your loss or damage.
Please provide as much documentation as possible. If a package is damaged, please include photos of the damaged package. Once we review your correspondence, we will do what we can to make your purchase whole and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
More than anything, we understand the disappointment of a lost package or receiving a damaged one. In such instances, we will do everything that we can so that you leave with a satisfactory experience.
