Starting a return

For a return to be processed for a potential refund, all returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, you must visit your customer account under our store and start a return on any one of your orders (for more details, visit this page). 

Additionally, you must reach out to us separately with documentation of the item that you wish to return (e.g. photos) along with any notes that may be relevant for us.

In order for a return to be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Please note that all returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product back to us. We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a shipping label from us to initiate the return. Please try to send the product back into the original outer box that the package came in.

Processing a refund

Along with the returned item(s), please include your order number and shipping name in your return package to help us quickly process your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged upon receipt (for damaged items, please visit this page).

Upon receipt of your return, it may take up to 10 business days for us to inspect your item/s. After we confirm that all returned items are in good condition, please allow up to an additional 30 business days to process your refund from the date that it is initialized. Your refund will be issued into your original form of payment. If you do not receive your refund after we have confirmed it has been processed and successfully refunded, please contact your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Restocking penalty

If you return an item that is not approved by our team, without a valid reason, or is outside of the 30-day window, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
